We are proud to announce that Enova d.o.o. Sarajevo has been selected to participate in the “Gender Equality Accelerator” Programme implemented by UNDP in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This selection represents an important milestone in our continued commitment to responsible and inclusive business practices.
The Gender Equality Accelerator forms part of the broader strategic engagement of The United Nations in Bosnia and Herzegovina in advancing gender equality across sectors. The programme supports private sector companies in strengthening women’s economic empowerment, promoting gender-responsive governance, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture within the private sector.
Through expert mentorship, tailored guidance, structured assessments, and capacity-building activities, we will align our internal practices with internationally recognized gender equality standards.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, we will conduct a comprehensive review of our policies, procedures, and internal practices. This process will include strengthening human resource management, enhancing equal opportunity measures, and embedding gender-responsive approaches into everyday operations.
Our objective is not only to work toward obtaining the Gender Equality Seal, but to ensure that gender equality principles become an integral part of our corporate culture. We see this initiative as an opportunity to grow, improve, and contribute to building a more equitable and inclusive business environment.
