Muris Mešetović is a project manager and financial expert with over a decade of experience in delivering assignments across the energy, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. His work spans projects funded by leading international financial institutions such as the World Bank, EBRD, USAID, UNDP, GIZ, UNEP, and others, as well as government-financed initiatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
 
As Senior Strategic Manager at ENOVA, Muris has led numerous high-impact assignments focused on district heating, renewable energy, water and wastewater systems, and solid waste management. His core expertise lies in financial and economic modelling, strategic planning, and project evaluation, including cost-benefit analyses and development of sustainable business models.
 
Muris has managed feasibility studies and investment planning across the Western Balkans, supporting municipalities, public utilities, and ministries in prioritizing and implementing infrastructure improvements. 
 
His educational background includes a Diploma in Economics from the University of Sarajevo and an ongoing MBA. With a deep understanding of local contexts and donor requirements, Muris is recognized for his ability to bridge financial strategy with practical implementation, making him a valuable asset in shaping resilient and sustainable infrastructure solutions in Southeast Europe.
