Based on the recognized need for managing economic development processes according to various planning documents, the Government of the Central Bosnia Canton, on behalf of the Ministry of Economy of the Central Bosnia Canton, engaged Enova for preparation of the Economic Development Strategy for the period 2013-2023. The aim of the Strategy was the formulation of a medium-term economic development plan for the region of Central Bosnia Canton, based on its available resources and identified development potentials. The document encompassed, amongst others:
- Socio-economic analysis;
- SWOT and PESTLE analysis;
- Formulation of goals and measures;
- Development of implementation plan.
