The Project Assistant will support the preparation of environmental documentation, including impact assessments, reports, waste management plans, and other documents required under applicable regulations. He/she will be involved in designing and developing landfill and waste treatment infrastructure, preparing technical documentation for waste management projects, including remediation and closure of existing landfills.
The role also includes data analysis, preparation of materials, administrative and technical support to the project team and close collaboration with institutions, investors, and project partners.

Responsibilities:
Performs the following tasks under supervision:
- Communicating and corresponding with team members and
supervisor/Project Manager regarding delegated tasks - Planning tasks by completing the weekly plan form
- Reporting on activities based on the weekly report form
- Researching, collecting, and processing data/inputs relevant to the project
- Carrying out analysis
- Drafting sections of the documents
- Formatting documents/deliverables
- Administration tasks
- Participating in meetings, conferences, and company team activities
- Participating in personal/professional workshops to maintain professional knowledge and behavior

Requirements:
- Min. BA degree in technical or environmental sciences (civil engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields)
Specific Job Skills:
- Understanding of processes related to conceptual and main project design
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD or similar programs
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct data research
- Good organizational skills
- Able to coordinate information and tasks
- Advanced level of English
- Willingness to learn and further develop in the field of waste management and environmental protection.
