Job Title: Project Assistant
Position reports to: Analyst/Operations Manager
Job purpose: To support the project team with the assigned project, contributing to successful project implementation, while simultaneously strengthening personal competencies.
Type of contract: Full-time
Contract duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension

Key responsibilities:
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Analyst/Operations Manager, the selected candidate will focus on providing day-to-day operational support in the implementation of the international project with many diverse stakeholders and partners, in compliance with ENOVA core values. To assist in project implementation, the project assistant is expected to perform following tasks:
- Researching, collecting, processing, and analyzing data/inputs relevant to the project,
- Participate in project/task-related meetings, conferences, and team activities,
- Maintain effective liaison with project team and partners to ensure smooth task performance,
- Maintain stakeholder database to ensure effective communication,
- Corresponding with relevant stakeholders (preparing official letters, briefings, presentations, e-mails, and other documents),
- Actively providing support and organizing various types of events, workshops, and meetings in coordination with the project team,
- Participating in the planning and regularly reporting on the conducted activities; Preparing content for the company website and social media accounts,
- Providing general and administrative support to team members,
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
About the project:
International 3-year project with a key focus on urban development and urban planning. It is aimed at improving the urban planning in the cities of BiH. The project will contribute to modernizing the system of integral urban planning in the cities of BiH, through three distinct components: institutionalization, urban planning practices and urban transformation.

Requirements:
- BA degree in humanities, social sciences, business management, international relations, or similar,
- C-level English – Advanced (C1) or Full professional proficiency (C2),
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
Note: Relevant experience in the field can substitute for the required educational background.
