The overall objective of the project was to improve the resource productivity and environmental performances of business and other organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project contributes to sustainable and industrial development in the country and will generate employment and income through the implementation of Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP), all with the context of supporting Bosnia and Herzegovina to meet the newly-adopted United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the year 2030 and its pre-accession to the European Union.
