The goal of the project was to prepare a Strategic Environmental Assessment for the Water Management Plan for the Sava River Watershed in FBiH and propose final measures for prevention and mitigation of negative environmental impacts of activities proposed in the Plan, including a proposal of a monitoring programme. Activities included:
- state of environment assessment
- identification of development goals
- valorisation of development alternatives
- development of environmental indicators
- development of environmental protection measures
